In November the ARCS instructors started a Technician class at  the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Wittensville . The classes were once a week for two hours each. We try to teach actual theory and not memorize the questions and answer. We started with eight students and all stayed for the complete session. After taking off for bad weather and Christmas we did testing on January 9. There were six successful technicians, One person who had taken the class before passed the general and one person passed the technician and general class. This is the third class we have done at this location and a total of  20  received their license. The instructors for this class were Ross Leedy KJ4GRJ, Ken Robinson K4KBR and Curt Meade KY4CM.
