Follow the red line !

We recently found out that Kentucky has a law stating that we can’t hold a raffle unless we meet certain qualifications.  Mainly, we have to have a 501c, or tax exempt status.  So, it means that we can’t hold this radio give-away.  We are in the process of returning the money we have received on tickets thus far.  We had no idea this was an issue until we received an email from the ARRL.  Apologies to all who purchased tickets.  But, don’t worry, we have some door prizes at our hamfest !
